Its location friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

The staff were very helpful and friendly, Each day the beds were made up and clean towels provided, a simple but adequate breakfast was served in the courtyard at the front of the hotel. The hotel is in a good position next to a lovely square which has a good selection of restuarants and bars, Only a 10 minute walk from main attractions like St Marks square, Rialto bridge etc. I would definatly use the hotel again.

The only point I would make is that most of the rooms look onto a small alley way which has bars and shops below the hotel, you do get a bit of noise at night if you sleep with the window open, but you can close the window and put the air-con on if you prefer. It was not something that would put me off going back.

First time to Venice and my daughtet and I loved it! Our room at the Locanda Fiorira was perfect. Great location, wonderful staff especially Anthony! Very helpful in guiding us to parts of Venice we may have otherwise missed! I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I will stay again when I return!! Thank you for a lovely visit to Venice! Very friendly as well!

There was no dining/breakfast room, but luckily we really enjoyed eating our breakfast outside even at the beginning of November - however if the weather had been colder the alternative of eating in our room would not have been easy as we would have had to sit on the bed to eat!

The staff was very helpful. The location was near everything. The bathroom was small but the room was clean and comfortable.

We loved this charming inn in Venice. The location was spectacular and the room was perfect with huge windows that opened completely. They have a lovely small terrace for relaxing or eating breakfast (enclosed by ivy/flower covered lattice) with swallows swooping overhead. Local families live all around which was wonderful as we saw and talked with some of the children riding their bikes. It's close to shopping, but not too close and close to the canal, but not too close. Just perfect.

Lack of communal areas, e.g. a breakfast room, bar or lounge. Insufficient surfaces to put things on, both in room and bathroom, and little cupboard space.

Excellent breakfast on the terrace, friendly and helpful staff who can recommend places to eat and help with onward travel.

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer ruhig und sauber. Vaporetto in der Nähe! Bars und Restaurants um die Ecke.

Zum Frühstück (im Freien) ausser wenigen Backwaren nichts Frisches. Nur abgepackte Wurst, Käse und Marmelade + Yoghurt. Bad für "Dicke" nicht geeignet. W-Lan fast nicht vorhanden, kaum zu gebrauchen!

Hotel piccolo e molto carino con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e uno staff molto cordiale. L'abbondante colazione è servita ai tavolini all'aperto e la posizione è comoda per vedere tutte le attrazioni principali di Venezia.
